U4GM poe2: Why The Raven's Flock Dominates Endgame

Spiraling Conspiracy is the kind of Path of Exile 2 skill that looks strange on paper, then makes sense the moment you run through a packed map. It comes from The Raven's Flock unique staff, so players chasing unusual POE 2 Items will notice it right away. Instead of managing a crowd of separate minions, you carry one living swarm around your character. The ravens circle you, chew through nearby monsters, and build into a proper storm once rares, uniques, or dense packs are involved.
Why the raven swarm feels different The big hook is that the flock counts as one minion, even when it grows to 30 ravens. That changes the way you build. You're not spending half the character trying to raise minion limits or babysit fragile summons. You scale minion damage, chaos damage, reservation comfort, and then keep moving. It's close to a minion version of Righteous Fire, but with a boss button attached.
Passive raven damage clears while you walk. Ravens are gained from nearby rare or unique enemies. Kills add more ravens based on enemy power value. The flock starts at about 2.2 metres and grows past 4 metres. At 30 ravens, the screen coverage feels far less cramped.
Core numbers players actually care about You'll need a late-game character to use it properly, since Spiraling Conspiracy is tied to a level 18 skill with a level 78 requirement and 137 Intelligence. Witches fit it naturally, though Spirit Walker setups are getting a lot of attention too. The damage starts as physical, but chaos conversion is a major part of the package, so chaos scaling isn't just a cute bonus. It's part of the plan.

Mad Flight is where bosses melt Mapping is easy to understand: run, position well, let the birds work. Bossing asks for better timing. Mad Flight spends 10 ravens and opens a mirrored lane for 5 seconds, sending ravens through anything caught inside every 0.12 seconds. With 550% damage effectiveness and 70% physical-to-chaos conversion, it can hit brutally hard when the target stays put. Added Chaos Damage is usually the first support people test, and for good reason. Minion Mastery, Feeding Frenzy, Enormity, Bidding, and Commandment all have clear jobs depending on whether you want smoother mapping or shorter burst windows.
Building around it without overthinking For a cheaper start, most players keep the setup simple: grab the staff, stack minion damage, add chaos scaling, and don't ignore defence. That version farms maps and Delirium nicely. The higher-end Spirit Walker route leans into Idolatry, companions, Delirium jewels, and stronger gear layers for pinnacle fights. If you're trading early in a league, checking POE 2 Items for sale can save time when The Raven's Flock is scarce, but the build still rewards careful upgrades more than blind spending. At U4GM, PoE 2 doesn't have to feel like homework.
